Stopped in to get a bracelet fixed and quote for a diamond ring to be repaired as a diamond had fallen out. I had exceptional service and advice with two beautiful women helping me. They repaired my bracelet free of charge and spent extra time getting it perfectly aligned. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you so much.

Best jeweler I have dealt with here or in the UK. We took them a diamond broach and emerald earring we'd inherited from a great grandparent and they came up with designs to make them into a ring, sourced a matching emerald, made the ring so quickly and even discounted the value of the metal from the broach. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, helpful. Won't go anywhere else in future!
I had the best experience at Diamond & Co, right from the minuet i walked through the door and explained what i was looking for Greg & Tania were brilliant. I did try other places to get my rings made but didn't get the same good feel as i got with them. So professional and understood exactly what it was i wanted. We got engaged in Mt Maunganui whilst on our holiday in New Zealand in 2019. As the wedding date is getting closer I was looking for a wedding band to match my engagement ring so I emailed Greg at Diamond and Co to see the possibility of buying my wedding ring direct from them and getting it delivered (this was free of charge) to family in NZ and they would then bring the ring over to Wales with them - Greg and the team were absolutely incredible, and the ring is now safe with my family.
