   Unbelievable service from this awesome local jeweller! I dropped a piece of jewellery in for repair just before Covid hit and completely forgot to collect it. We then moved to a different region. Yesterday (6 years later) in went into the store in the hope they still had my necklace. They did! Knowing how precious jewellery is to their clients, they kept it locked securely in their safe in the hope I would one day turn up. Now if that isn’t going above and beyond the call of duty, I don’t know what is! My sincere thanks to the wonderful team at Brownsons Jewellers.

   The most fabulous service from this locally owned jeweller. I dropped off two pieces of jewellery to be resized, thinking that it would be a push to get them shortened before Christmas - 24 hours later they were finished! Highly recommend this wonderful jeweller.

   Brought a watch strap for $45 and it broke within 3 hours. When I took it back a few days later he said the straps have no warranty. Very rude owner. I don’t recommend their watch straps.

   Since I have been in NZ my husband and I selected Brownson's Jewellers Pakuranga to celebrate all our special moments. Initially we thought we should support our local businesses. But later I found that's the best and reliable place to buy jewellery in Auckland. So I knew Ritesh for more than 10 years now. He is extremely helpful in selecting the best piece for our needs. The jewellery pieces I bought from Brownson's are extraordinary. I wear them everyday as well as on special occasions. Today I bought my first bangle in white gold, which goes with my silver tag Hauer watch. Mary and Rithesh took extra time and went on extra mile to make me happy. Reasonable price, wide range of choices, 9kt or 18kt and friendly atmosphere made me comfortable to take the decision.
