Normally I enjoy shopping with the lovely team at Pascoe however today upon entering the site with my husband to just browse and see what special were on we had one sale lady I didn’t look at the name tag however she was very pushy and in our faces we told her we were just looking and she kept coming up in the middle of conversations with my husband and we felt very uncomfortable all round in the store today put us off completely such a shame
I dealt with the Incredibly lovely store manager, Sharna. Her customer service was exceptional and was very kind and patient as I tried on engagement rings. Will be back!
