   Michael at Mister Minit in Papamoa Plaza is absolutely fantastic, I went to get a spare set of house keys made and ended up bringing him a pair or Birkenstocks and a watch to repair as well - the Birkenstocks are absolutely gorgeous (and a bargain!) and I'm sure when I get the watch back it will be like new. Can't recommend enough!

   The service I got was amazing. This morning I got locked out of my car when the electric key wouldn't open the door. Michael not only replaced the battery for me but walked me out to the car to make sure that I would be able to get in when he thought that it might be a fault with the key itself rather than the battery. He also showed me what to do in future if the electronic key doesn't work. Exceptional service, I was very grateful. Highly recommended!

   Excellent Customer Service today from Michael!! After pricing online a new original replacement watch strap for my Philip Stein Watch I found I would be paying at least $125 US. So I decided to try Mister Minit instead. My watch was a gift from my son and I really liked the buckle with Philip Stein engraved on it which I happened to mention to Michael . I chose a new watch strap from Mr Minit for $42 NZ . When I returned 30 minutes later to collect my watch with the new strap he had engraved Philip Stein on the new buckle!! I was so surprised that I almost cried. I highly recommend Mister Minit Papamoa Plaza.

   I got a casio watch battery replaced & a simple nurse watch battery done also. Whilst I appreciated the quick 10 minute service. I was pretty shocked at being charged $53 afterwards. Crazy experience!!
