The customer service was excellent. The two ladies assisting me were very friendly and frequently checked to ensure I had the right sizes in the changing room. In the end, I was served by Lizzie, who went above and beyond. A big thank you to her! She signed me up in the system to give me the online discount in-store and even provided me with a tailoring service voucher after I found a pair of pants I loved but were too long.”
