I have been to this shop quite a number of times and always buy at least one or two items. I have always found the service very good and the staff very nice and helpful until last week when I visited. Lady behind the counter did not say hello to either my Mum or myself. Did not offer to take the items i had picked up to try on and hang them up. Did eventually say hello when I asked if I could try on the clothes please. Not the usual pleasant service I have had every other time.
