    Recently got my ears pierced at Lovisa and had the best experience!! A lovely young girl named Arwen pierced them for me and made the process super quick and easy, will definitely be back again soon ☺️

    Disappointing Experience at Lovisa New Lynn I recently visited Lovisa New Lynn and was thoroughly disappointed with the level of service I received. The staff were not only rude but also unhelpful when I approached them with an issue regarding an ear piercing that had been done at their store in the past. I had an infection in my ear from a piercing done by Lovisa, and when I explained my concern, the staff showed no willingness to assist or offer any solutions. Instead of offering advice or support, I was met with indifference, which only made the situation worse. It's incredibly frustrating to feel dismissed when you're seeking help, especially when the issue is related to a service they provided. I won’t be returning to this store and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a positive customer experience. Very poor service overall.

    Walked into Lovisa wanting to know more information about their piercings and the lady at the desk had an annoyed look in her face before I even approached her, lame attitude and looked like she did not want to be there. In the middle of talking to her I just wanted to leave because she was putting me off. Blows my mind people who have no customer service work retail

    Atrocious customer service today by a young curly haired red head. Day off, shopping for reasonably priced work earrings, taking the to time compare 3 options. Employee approaches, curtly informs there is a sale on other items in the store, points to everything else I am not focused on. Staff member remains at my side, I have narrowed down my choice and begin placing earrings back on the display to free up hands, in an oversight I put back the pair I wish to purchase, no sooner do the earrings touch the display, the employee removes them and takes them to the counter. This, coupled with remaining at my side, I thought was very odd behaviour and made no sense whatsoever, baffled I began reconsidering the two options left in my hands... however, this interaction felt like a blantant act of racial profiling that no other in the store had been subject to. Following the employee I approach the counter, take hold of the pair she had removed and make my decision to purchase the confiscated earrings. Before doing so, I ask your employee why she took the earrings... her weak and rude retort was that I had put them back in the wrong place, I wasn't having that and gave her the truth... everything on that display is in the wrong place. The exchange continued to worsen, attitude completely arrogant, when asked if I wanted a bag I replied yes please, she didn't hear and become confrontational repeating herself in a passive aggressive manner, raising my voice I repeat YES PLEASE... her arrogance once more on display... snarkily retorts.. I didn't hear you I only heard please... repeats herself to validate her petulant attitude. Absolutely regret spending $40 here in the efforts to disprove a narrow minded, ignorant, unjust attitude and episode of racial profiling!! Disgraceful!! Hire better staff, disgusting attitude!!     This company pierced the nose of my (barely) 13 year old daughter without my (or her mother's) permission or presence. Will be taking this up with the council.

    Thank you for the wonderful service from the lovely staff member on Sunday afternoon she was so helpful and pleasant. I needed to exchange an item the next day Monday and had another really lovely helpful young lady as well. So pleased to have had two really helpful staff I’m most impressed. Thank you both.

    Would really appreciate if the staff write the time when they are coming back from their 45 min break. It’s really hard to guess and keep on waiting when they will be back and open the door. If they mention the time saying β€œon lunch break see you back at 2.15 β€œ it will be helpful for a customer who has just come in the mall to shop from your store.
