   I spoke to a helpful young man on the phone who really helped me with my many questions and ultimately my purchase. If you were on the phone with someone wanting to buy a Tissot Swiss/powermatic watch. Thank you for your patience and for calling Botany and putting it on the side for me! It was a journey battling the rain, and coming from over the bridge but very worth it! It is a a very gorgeous watch which I know my partner will love for Christmas, so thank you!

   I visited this store for a specific Guess watch but they don't have it at the Ormiston branch. The sales lady, Rania helped me with my queries and showed me their Mother's day discounted jewelry. I set my eyes upon these gorgeous Guess stud earrings. Even though the earrings are excluded from the 50% discount on the shelves, Rania still gave me a 10% discount and I'm very much pleased with her customer service!

   I had a seiko watch, chronograph, changed battery. When they returned to me, the second hand of the chronos was out of the 0 position and the 1/10 hand did not run anymore. Obviously they were merely "sales" people and should not service watches ever again. Horrible experience... UPDATE : And the reply below clearly emphasises the store doesn't know what it's talking about. I know my watch as I've had this since 2014. I'm talking about the 1/10th second-hand, which based on your reply, you have no knowledge of. Instead of justifying, a simple apology would have sufficed, or a gesture of, "how can we help". The arrogance! If there were a negative star I would rate as negative 1.

   Knowledgeable staff. Great value. Decent prices. I have shopped around to all Auckland watch retailers and l can say with guarantee that Christies provides an absolute astonishing customer service experience. They had a wide selection of brands citizen,beluva, Seiko, fossil, Casio,etc to choose from and at decent prices. They didn't have the color I was after but didn't take them long to bring it in. Fantastic value assured. Now about the staff. Jacob in particular was above and beyond. He was incredibly knowledgeable on many brands and really helped that he is a passionate watch collector himself offering his personal experience with different watches. Michael Hill and other retailers were no where near as well informed as Christie staff which really set apart the customer experience. I met the manager and owner, both were such a pleasure to work with. I took up a good 2-3 hours of their time, and at no point was I encouraged to buy any watch. They only cared about making sure I found the perfect watch for me. They even filled out my warranty with no hassle and after I called the vendor, the vendor knew who I was despite never meeting me. If you want a killer customer experience and a beautiful time piece, I would highly recommend coming to Christies. Ps- I am unsure about the recent low reviews . I did not experience anything like that personally.

   Terrible customer service and try to rip you off. I purchased my partner a necklace as a gift which turned out he didn't like it. We went in store to return it, they don't offer refunds which is fine. We then found an item to swap it out for which turned out to be cheaper. The lady then changed the price of the new item to match what we originally purchased (more expensive). She wasn't going to refund us the difference until I said something and then did the "oh yeah, didn't see it was cheaper" yet she had changed the price on the receipt. Would never shop there again.

   I went to Christies ormiston branch and served by kushie. She gave me unpleasant experience and doesn’t know how to speak with customers and resolve enquiry. When I requested her please be polite in return she said am i barking. Her attitude and way of dealing not appreciate it.
