Please be careful about buying from the online store. I ordered and paid for a pair of earrings on Jan 27th and did not receive a notification of item being sent, as advised on order confirmation. I have followed up twice by email and also reached out to Zora’s Facebook page asking for reassurance the item will be sent, have not received any response. Still hopeful the order will be processed and there’s an explanation for this as it seems very unusual to not be able to contact the business and not receive a paid order (money was deducted from my account).
