   I recently visited Portmans after seeing a sale advertised on their website. Although the sale was only available online, I wanted to try on items before purchasing them. The customer service was excellent. The two ladies assisting me were very friendly and frequently checked to ensure I had the right sizes in the changing room. In the end, I was served by Lizzie, who went above and beyond. A big thank you to her! She signed me up in the system to give me the online discount in-store and even provided me with a tailoring service voucher after I found a pair of pants I loved but were too long.

   Wow extremely friendly service from Marie on Saturday she was so kind and was very helpful at the checkout. the store was spotless, and i look forward to coming back and seeing the lovely Marie again. Thank you for the amazing service. TO the managers, Staff like Marie must be retained because they are huge assets to the store and make the shopping experience unforgettable.

   Beautiful store how ever the customer service could improve. No greeting once we enter the store and was ignored even though we made eye contact. I had to say hello first.. Strange.. will try again another day

   Had a glitch with exchange of a dress as I had bought that from Australia but the whole Portmans Lower Hutt team acted really professionally and found a solution for my problem. Their customer service was top notch including the regional manager. This adds up to my list of reason to keep shopping at Portmans. Wel done team
