Good customer service when purchasing a fair bit of clothing however when taking the new pair of jeans back the following day due to a tear after one wear, the same sales assistant was so unhelpful and even suggested I purposefully ripped them. How does that make sense if I wanted the same pair replaced?? Loyal Witchery customer no longer.
I have just spent over an hour at Witchery Merivale being served and playing fashion parades with 2 of the most amazing, uplifting, honest and beautiful ladies. I'd never shop online again if all dress shops had Retail Queens like these women. Keep up the great work and always be your fabulous selves. LOVE my new clothes xoxo
Can not understand why customers who do click and collect have to wait two weeks to get it from Australia when it is in other stores in NZ. Cheaper to send from another store in Nz then from Australia. Customers would also only have to wait a couple of days. Can not understand process at all.
