Not a good experience shopping here. Looking for a gift and something for myself. Walked out empty handed and will go somewhere where there is better assistance as these aren't just your everyday purchases.
We live out of town, and needed diamond wedding ring for our ceremony. The team here took time to listen to us, understand what we wanted, and offered us options and advice within our budget. They were extremely helpful, and not pushy at all. We walked away with a wedding ring, a necklace and ear-rings and were very happy with our purchase. We cannot speak highly enough of the team at Pascoes, and will definitely be back again.

I live elsewhere but called this store to reserve a watch and had the best service! Claire answered yesterday and was friendly, helpful, quick to complete my request, and just super lovely. I arranged to collect it on Saturday, but today had a new request for the watch to be prepacked so the gift receiver could collect it without seeing it and once again, Claire answered and was more than happy to help. She is absolutely wonderful! Thank you, Claire! :)
