   I went in on Wednesday looking for some earrings and was met by the lovely Jasmine at the entrance. She is such a bubbly young girl who knew exactly what I needed and even managed to find a matching necklace and bracelet!

   I'm absolutely furious! Yesterday on Black Friday, I took my seven-year-old daughter to get her ears pierced. She was really looking forward to it. Initially, I just wanted to inquire about the process, thinking it would be busy due to Black Friday, but the staff at the entrance were extremely welcoming. So I thought, why not just do it today? After I paid, this woman with bangs became particularly impatient—completely different from the previous staff member. She was very rude and didn’t show even a hint of kindness throughout the entire process. If she had been the one assisting us from the start, I would never have entered this store to get my daughter's ears pierced! She lacked even the basic professionalism a service staff should have. She had a sour expression the whole time, didn’t communicate with my child at all, and made no effort to comfort her. If you're planning to take your child to get their ears pierced, avoid this store at all costs! From the staff's attitude to the technique used for piercing—she was utterly incompetent!! After we got home, I realized my daughter’s ear piercing was crooked!! You can clearly see the earring back sticking out from the front!! What a complete failure. That grumpy saleswoman with bangs ruined a little girl's dream of getting her ears pierced. Terrible!

   My youngest (was scared of needles) got her thirds pierced by Carissa. She did such an amazing job. Made her feel at ease. Let's just say... To good of a job as she went back the next week for her helix! Healed really well.

Her incredible service and knowledge of the product really helped me find the perfect piece of jewellery for my beautiful wife. The customer service provided by the lovely young Girl Named Aisha really helped me on deciding what my wife would love to wear for our 20 year anniversary. Thank you to whoever hired this precious human. I will be back for more jewellery for my second wife ☺️

   Went to Lovisa for second ears' for my wife at 06:17pm on 16th. (Closing time is 7pm) the sales girl said she can't do piersing now with her attitude.. Very Pathetic.

   Today I went into the store to buy some gold hoops for my sister's baby shower. The muslim girl who helped me was very kind and patient with my indecisiveness. The store seemed to be extremely busy and it looked as if she was the only person working the till and going around asking if everyone was doing okay. I appreciate this sort of customer service as it truly shows how important customer experience is, even when one is the only person working. The girl gave me good advice from just a picture of my dress. I went home put on my dress and the jewellery she recommended and it was a perfect match! This was not my first time at Sylvia Park's Lovisa, as much as I like the staff there, this particular girl showed how ambitious and hard working she was even during the overwhelming store hour. Thank you Girl!
