   I was disappointed to receive the wrong earrings for my birthday as a gift from my parents who made the order online. Mum contacted the store the next day and was asked to send back the pair we received and a week later we received the right pair. I feel like there should have been more done to remedy the situation, there was no compensation at all. I feel upset not only for it being a week later (not even overnight shipping) to finally receive the correct pair but seeing my parents feel terrible about me opening my present all excited to the shock. I had told them I wanted the earrings which is why they made the arrangements all in time and correct from their end for my special day. By the time the new ones arrived I didn’t feel excited to open the package, I just felt sad about how the situation was handled and regretted that I had chosen this store for my special gift. I won’t be asking for any more jewellery from this store in the future as I don’t think it was remedied correctly and with empathy/care.

   Fantastic service from Sue and the team at the Cambridge store. After sending them some photos of our living spaces, they selected a range of cushions that are suitable for both our living and sitting rooms. Sue then faceTimed me to show me the options they had selected - all of which I loved. The products were thoughtfully packaged and arrived a few days later and we are absolutely delighted with them. Both service and product exceeded my expectations. Thanks so much to the team.

   Rude staff - made fun of my child having a tantrum outside while my husband calmed him down. Won’t be back and urge others to avoid these stuck up snobs who really are selling Chinese made rubbish and don’t reserve the right to be snobby in the first place - you don’t work at Matisse….
