I visited the showroom and dealt with Nick who was very knowledgable on their products and took me through the details of the various appliances we were looking at. Kouzina was able to hold our order for a number of months, and dealt with delivery directly to the cabinetmaker. A fridge was damaged (in shipping) and Kouzina replaced without issue. I was very happy with the service we received from Nick and Kouzina, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”
