   Great staff! During our roundtrip through NZ my husband sat by mistake on his glasses and the frame was completely deformed. No chance for us to make it work. We stopped by at the store and asked for help for our „patient“. Within 3 minutes it could be fixed. The guy literally saved our holiday! And it was for free. Thanks so much for the immediate help! Highly recommend this store!

   I have recently had a fantastic experience at the Cuba Street branch. The team clearly love their jobs. From the moment I entered the store I was given VIP treatment. Lauren is a super star who took the time to make sure I was happy, and comfortable with my choice of frames. David was patient and calm in his demeanour and I felt confident that I was in good hands. He gave me good ,sound advice. 8 days later my glasses were ready. I was lucky enough to have Lauren look after me again! Would highly recommend this business and branch of Specsavers !

   I recently had a fantastic experience getting a free eye test at Specsavers, Wellington CBD South. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The optometrist was especially thorough, making sure I received all the essential eye health checks—not just a basic vision test. They took the time to examine the health of my retinas and explained everything to me in clear, simple terms. It was reassuring to know they weren’t just checking how well I could see, but also looking out for signs of underlying conditions. I really appreciated how patient and informative they were throughout the process. To top it off, I received a discount on my prescription lenses, which made the visit even more worthwhile. With multiple branches across the country, it’s great knowing I can access the same high level of care wherever I am in New Zealand. I left feeling confident, cared for, and well-informed about my eye health.

   If I could give more stars I would, this Specsavers store is the best I have experienced and I have been to some great Specsavers in the past. I am consistently treated with respect and dignity, the staff are lovely and hard working. The store is a safe space for me. Narreda in particular is such a wonderful salesperson who always remembers my name. You have a customer for life

   My partner was purchasing glasses for the first time and we originally went elsewhere but came to specsavers after receiving terrible service and becoming completely confused. We were helped by James who was absolutely amazing, all our questions were answered and we received fantastic service. Everything was really easy, we will definitely be choosing specsavers in the future. Thanks James, your a star!

   I’ve been going to Specsavers in Dixon Street for years and highly recommend David and the team. They provide excellent customer service and take their time to make sure you’re happy with your prescription. There is a great variety of frames available to suit all face shapes and helpful staff for when it’s too difficult to choose!
