   Bought all appliances for our new build including two wolf ovens and a zub zero fridge. One of the ovens has never worked and when I emailed in January I was told to contact a repair company (under warranty) Unfortunately through a variety of indifference and incompetence over the span of 5 months and two failed repair attempts I've asked for a replacement and rejected the latest repair attempts (as is well within our rights under consumer guarantees) All of a sudden radio silence from everyone so we'll be filing with the disputes tribunal tomorrow. What a Mickey mouse bunch. Save yourself the drama and shop elsewhere.

   Bought a high end Liebherr fridge from them for 7k, it is a very small fridge, so very expensive. It stopped working. Their service and support has been shocking and consistent with other very poor reviews. Clearly happy to sell but not support. Dealt with Nick...

   Kouzina was recommended to us by our kitchen designer. I visited the showroom and dealt with Nick who was very knowledgable on their products and took me through the details of the various appliances we were looking at. Kouzina was able to hold our order for a number of months, and dealt with delivery directly to the cabinetmaker. A fridge was damaged (in shipping) and Kouzina replaced without issue. I was very happy with the service we received from Nick and Kouzina, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

   This has been the worst experience I have had so far. Rude, immature and arrogant attitude from Martin. We've been trying to purchase a rangehood unit from him for a month now. After we paid, I asked for a payment and ETA confirmation. I have sent three emails, but no reply for a week now. Update: Martin has just sent me a very rude and hysterical cancellation note as "He is not comfortable" with my requests for confirmation. I wonder if he understands at all that the customer has this unit as a part of her kitchen plan already... What kind of "director" is he?

   Worst company I ever dealt with!!! Nick was amazing until he left for holiday and didn't pass our order to anyone. Martin is impossible to talk to. He said I am too busy to process your order and to talk to you and just hang up!!! They are not interested in customers at all. Just go into their showroom and you will see how deep is ignorance. We have accepted the quote and cut our kitchen for that specific product from Kouzina and now don't know what to do... What a pain!
