After four years our Award stove induction top failed....our last F&P twin oven stove was still fine after 40 years.....you choose ....not happy.

We purchased a brand new house 3.5 years ago, The house had an Award oven . After a few months the door started not closing and got progressively worse . I got an approved serviceman in to repair the door not once , not twice but 3 times . On the fourth occasion I contacted Award and as the oven was still under warranty they agreed to replace it . The process was easy and the service from the Award team fantastic . Sadly a couple of years snd the replacement oven door has done the same thing. I lost the will to complain about it and can't afford to replace it right now. I feel the oven we have Award Model FT 9015 has s design flaw where the door is too heavy for the hinges. We had great service so this is not about that , it's about the quality of the product .
