We bought a fridge/ freezer and a washing machine here yesterday. Both at very good price and then even received a $60 gift card for buying a Westinghouse product. Haidee and Malaika are the most amazing sales assistance. Knowledgeable, friendly and so efficient. Highly recommend this place!

We were very happy with our purchase and found the staff to be lovely and helpful. However, the after-sales service was very disappointing. We were told the parts would be ready in a week, but they weren’t even ordered, and we weren’t informed. We had to keep calling for updates but never got a clear answer. After six weeks, we were offered a new dishwasher and a discount, which we appreciate, but the lack of communication and having to constantly follow up made this a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, we won’t be shopping here again.
My experience at Harvey Norman Dunedin electrical outlet was amazing. Sov, the salesman, was fantastic. He knew his products and gave sound advice and information. Extremely happy with our the store. Best service by far form a retailer that I have experienced. Will definitely recommend them and will be making future purchases there.
Our salesperson Sov was excellent. He was informative, knowledgeable and genuine. We looked no further and bought on the spot. After the purchase we received the wrong product but realise until we had it home. Following a call and store visit to get the correct product, Dane and Josh were also amazing. Helpful, understanding and accommodating. A true throw back to the days of excellent customer service. What a refreshing experience. The store manager who gave us the wrong dishwasher to begin with and couldn't muster anything more than a "where's your receipt" could learn an awful lot from the excellent team of salespeople that clearly make the store a success.
A nice and small outlet - compared to the city centre one. But has some food bargains and you can always talk to them for a little extra. Service is great. And they are also always ready and knowledgeable about any doubts or query you may have. I recently went back with some questions about noise from my slightly older washing machine - got a prompt and clear solution and problem is fixed.
The staff here are friendly and they know their stuff. Great service and a good price. If something goes wrong, they'll stand behind you all the way. Excellent close knit team with good communication skills. You can feel the good vibes as soon as you walk in.
