Really like going here as prices are decent for an op shop and you know you're money is going to something that truly will make an impact. Prices are fair at this store and aren't inflated. Very nice owner (I assume owner) very friendly even when we came in as he was just closing up shop for the night. We got a beautiful NZ made bookshelf for $299, which is half the price in other stores. I would recommend this shop to anyone :)”

Nonplussed, Joanne immediately said she would follow up with manufacturer. Within a week rep visited and remedied the fault for us, no charge. Thanks for the proactive and thoughtful service.
