I had to replace my rangehood & microwave recently - both of which had to fit in a specific spaces. It was proving difficult to find something that was going to work - then I happened to see an online Kitchen Things ad. Best thing ever !! Chris M @ The Base greeted me when I went into the store. His friendly manner & product knowledge was brilliant. I am so grateful to him for solving my problem so quickly. He listened to what I needed and quickly found the perfect solution. A new rangehood which would fit exactly (!), and a new Smeg microwave and oven. Not only did I get the perfect products that I needed, he then gave me the name if an electrician who was also brilliant and who had them installed within a couple of days. What a relief !! So glad I saw that online ad ... I have included pix - the rangehood is just waiting for the existing chimney to be slightly shortened ...
Dealt with Jason who really looked after us, showed us how the ovens and hobs worked and the benefits of each. Good to be able to try all the different products. Great all round service

We were very disappointed with the prices and service with our items and found they were cheaper elsewhere. Definitely look elsewhere for better pricing. I feel it was a rip off.

After looking at a few different appliance retailers we were sold on the, deep appliance knowledge, friendly service, quality of appliances, and great pricing.
