My experience was an incredibly frustrating and costly one, and I feel a responsibility to share the details to prevent others from going through a similar ordeal. After making a substantial payment of $11,300 for a full suite of new kitchen appliances, the company failed to deliver on its commitment. What followed was a period of complete radio silence. We spent weeks attempting to contact them, with daily calls and texts going unanswered, which created immense stress and uncertainty. Eventually, we were able to reach the company's director, only to be informed they could not fulfill our original order. As a form of "credit," we were offered a few miscellaneous appliances, including a fridge, that were not what we had originally purchased. This resolution was entirely inadequate and left us with a significant financial loss. This transaction felt less like a business dealing and more like a scam. It is deeply concerning that a company can take such a large sum of money, fail to deliver, and then become virtually unreachable. This experience suggests a fundamental lack of professionalism and integrity. I strongly advise against engaging with this company and believe it should be subject to review by the Companies Office in New Zealand.
