Had the best customer experience ever this afternoon from Darren,Brady and Caitlin who all went above and beyond when we shopped there. 10/10 kudos to you all.
We really like dealing with Margaret! She is a great asset to Mitre 10 and has a friendly welcoming manner. She is popular with the customers and has a smile for everyone. This morning, while Margaret was sorting out three vouchers for us, another employee, a woman behind a counter opposite called out, rudely implying that Margaret was just chatting when she was trying to work out how much was left on each voucher. This in front of customers. We were annoyed with this other woman for her attitude. We, and local friends, look for Margaret behind her counter and enjoy seeing her friendly face.
Shout out to Roger. Friendly, knowledgeable bloke in the paint department. Listened to my project and advised me accordingly on everything I needed. Very lucky to have found him on the day I went in.

I purchased a water feature and it happened to be the last one, on display. To the 4 team members that helped out, it wasn't a problem and they helped with smiles. I just wish I got their names, but 10 out of 10 Mitre 10 Te Awamutu. You've always been the best Mitre 10 Mega.
Friendly helpful staff. Good parking wheelchair access. Cafe on site which has good fresh food. Lots of options. Garden center beautiful, helpful informative staff interesting selection.
