   actually I went to Kitchen things Kapiti and wanted to know how to use a Bosch stove. I showed the picture and the pamphlet that came with the stove (installed in my house a rental. I was told that this was an old model and was no longer on your records and they had no idea how to use it or how to advise me how to use it. So I trot off back home and - called the landlady who lives in the same area and when I told her that the lady at Kitchen things had told me that she couldn’t find this model Bosch and that it was oldyou can imagine her reaction. She was very very angry actually so I wouldn’t be surprised if she went down and had a chat to the young lady down at Kitchen things thank you that’s why I’ve given it a 2⭐️

   I have been dealing with Jo ex Palmerston North and now on the Kapiti coast. Jo is the most amazing lady , she is the definition of what customer service should be. Jo has been completely open , she is prompt , professional and above all she goes out of her way to get you what you need. I have not found her equal in many years , she is a refreshing surprise in the world of consumerism a window back to what we expect customer service to be. Jo communicates clearly and in a very timely manner . We can't thank her enough for her diligence , professionalism and care. If you're buying Kitchen goods on the Kapiti coast make sure you go and see this lady. Thanks again Jo for your help and expertise. Andy.

   My friend and I had a very enjoyable cooking demo, hosted by Aaron at the Kapiti Road outlet. It gave a great insight into the Bosch products that we had installed and we found out many things that would normally have taken time and usage to attain. The food tasted great and the demonstration of the product was just as good, thank you Kitchen Things for top quality products and service..

   I highly recommend attending Kitchen Things cooking classes before purchasing cooking appliances. I had chosen the appliances for my new kitchen but after seeing appliances in action at their cooking class, I completely changed my mind and brought totally different appliances.
