“I recently visited Allure with my mum as she wanted to get her eyebrows done. As a customer myself, I usually get my own done when I'm here, but this time I wasn't planning to as I'm a student on a budget. As I was waiting the staff were so lovely and complimented my brows, playfully encouraging me to get them cleaned up. I joked that I couldn't afford it, and to my surprise, they kindly offered to do it for free. She did a wonderful job, and even though I insisted on paying, she refused and said it was for being a loyal customer. It's gestures like these that truly make a difference and can turn an ordinary day into a great one. Thank you so much!”

I've been going here for a while now I've found they have always done a fabulous job; and the staff listen to what you want. At busy times you may have to wait as they don't take appointments; saying that if all the technicians are busy, you can put your name down and they will call you 5 mins before they're ready for you so you can shop or have a coffee while you're waiting. Love my pastle nails today.”
