   This is the worst hairdresser. My mother went here to get a keratin treatment on her hair. It didn’t take long for her to get an allergic reaction to the products she used and immediately got red rashes all over her body. She was urgently rushed to her GP and is now on medication. We urge others to not go here and demand a refund as soon as possible. We will be going to the police about this as well after the response we got from the owner who was not concerned at all and more concerned about going home at the end of her shift.

   Rude to customers, poor quality work and work ethic. Over booking customers appointments then blaming the customer. Extremely unprofessional. Botched one’s lashes and glued their eyes together. Another customer bleeding from the threads. someone else getting cut cuticles by your rough staff during a pedicure. Also if you’re in New Zealand you should be communicating in ENGLISH instead of having conversations in your language in store. Would give ya’ll a minus 10 if I could. Rubbish establishment.

   lovely lady BUT .... LASHES WERE HEAVILY GLUED TO MY EYELIDS. Never ever have I ever had such a poor botched job! I could not believe it. The photo does not do it justice! I could not open my eyes after 45 mins due to the blobs of glue. I had to rush to a lash technician to get it removed as I was scared my eyes would get infected. It was so badly applied that even two weeks after the lash removals I still had glue on my lids. I’m sorry but it’s the worse I’ve ever seen or experienced
