   After 24yrs of eyebrows tidy up, never had a horrible company until now here. Eyebrows threaded for the worst experience I've had, asked for tidy up, she deliberately took half of one of my brows off, slow & painful. I walked in with full natural brows and walked out with a bad experience, shocking, awful place, they should be closed down!!!!!

   Very bad experience with my eyebrows threading, got lots of cuts on both eyebrows, 1 girl for 4-5 customers is not fair on her & customers, as soon as she see a customer on counter she runs away and take payment so they don’t go anywhere. In that rush she made cuts on my eyebrows, left me midway to attend a customer and did rush on my job so she can attend other customers. People deserve the service they are paying for.

   One of the worst brow places. No matter how desperate you are, please avoid at all costs. Went in yesterday for a brow wax. The lady took 5 mins and in that 5 mins she did a lot of damage which will take months to heal. She put the wax right on my eyelid and peeled the skin off as the wax was too hot and she put in on my eyelid way too close to my lash line. So now I have my skin peeling and my eyelid raw. Great. If that wasn’t bad enough, my brows are also very uneven and she cut my actual brow hair with scissors?!? I’m Asian, I barely have enough brow hair… what is this place. An actual joke. Threading is just as bad. My friend got her brows threaded and the lady was catching her other brow while doing the threading on the actual brow. Worst place ever. Avoid

   Really really disappointed. I have always gone there to get my eyebrows done and this time left almost in tears. The worker was threading my eyebrows and doing it extremely slow and it was painful. Left with 2 completely different eyebrows definitely not happy with how they look. Half of one on my brows is gone.

   I came here all the time to get my full face done and the staff were amazing! But the last 2 times I’ve gone it has been 2 new staff that’s aren’t friendly at all and she was going to send me away with wax residue all on my face.
