   I loved shopping at Fuschia. They had a great selection of dresses and were welcoming and helpful. I found a beautiful green dress for my ball and would definitely go there for future ball dresses. I would recommend Fuschia to my friends as they have elegant and stylish dresses.

   I will definitely not be going here again! Worse customer service ever! Bought a dress from this place next day I called up wanting a refund the dress was still in good condition and tag still on it and wrapped up in paper and still in the bag my cleavage did not sit well on the dress funny thing I see in the other reviews she replies full refund for change of mind but when I asked it's not available, i would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to shop here. You will thank me later.

   Terrible customer service with a rude passive aggressive store assistant. I went in with my two younger cousins to find one of them a ball dress. Wasn’t acknowledged on entry and ignored until we sought out the shop assistant to try on a dress. She instead started interrogating us about budget because the dress is “expensive”. Expensive for her maybe. When we said we just wanted to try the dress on she said there’s a $30 fitting fee. Fair enough and we would’ve tried it on, but with her rude and passive aggressive attitude, declined. Her response - “that’s what I thought”. Who says that? Some businesses deserve to go out of business.

   Terrible customer service post sale. AVOID THIS STORE!!! I purchased a ball gown for my daughter's school ball several weeks ago, it was a beautiful gown but the price was obscene at $599.00 but based on the quality of dress I dug deep. Well after 5 hours of wear the stitching under the armpits started to fray a lot. I reached out to the store the day after the ball, I was contacted 2 weeks later, and this was the response I received from Rae. "The best we can do as it has been worn & now needs fixing, we can offer a discount on next purchase, not including new arrivals. 15% valid til end of November 2023. My response is, thank you but NO thank you, I will be giving your store a wide berth! Bearing in mind this dress cost $600!! I was further insulted by this response from her - It is not a fault with the fabric or design but that the garment has been worn in a way that was not intended! There is only one way to wear this dress!

   Fuschia is a very cozy place with a good variety of dresses and nice lady called Rae who asked me to make a review of the store which I didn’t mind, however most of the dresses seem to be a bit outdated which made it hard to find the perfect dress, but apart from that the overall experience of the store was very nice and relaxed.

   Very rude lady in the store, fat shamed my daughter who left in tears. My daughter is a size 6-8NZ and was told she was too big for the dresses. Finally got to try one on and it was massive. Don't waste your time.

   Rae is so helpful even after I phoned to say we were running late. Her shop is nice and cosy. I did find Rae quite pushy in the way she sells and also how she insisted on a review before we left the store. My daughter found an awesome ball dress but was in tears afterwards because she said she felt pressured to choose and regrets it. Also in terms of being pressured there's an absolutely no return policy which is quite upsetting in today's flexible environment.

   Very unhappy with the customer service. Lady was very rude and showed clear differences in treatment from me and my white friend solely due to race. Unfriendly and unprofessional. Didn't feel welcome at all. Dress prices were obscene and not worth the $600 cost by any means!!! would give 0 stars if I could.
