   I would like to see the qualification certificates for their staff. Had a pedicure at this place. Thought I would give it a go, wouldn't go back. The indian lady that did nails was lovely and I felt kind of bad for her, but the service I received for the price I paid, was not good quality. Shop around people.

   Went to get an SNS removed more expensive than my usual (25 typically for me, 40 here). Nicely decorated and the music playing was good - no covers or X Factor/Got Talent compilations. It seems there was only one working mail filing machine which hindered the efficiency of the workers there who were great themselves.

   I should have known to walk out when I was waiting 45mins over my booked appointment and witnessed so much rudeness from the young girl at the counter to customers and the music blaring so loud it was uncomfortable. Finally my time came to have my extensions done and the same girl from the counter (manager?) slung open the door and barked at the lash extension girl that she was way behind. I don't know if that made her rush but at the end when I went to look at them some of my top lashes were glued to my bottom lashes and I had to force them apart but the girl was confused by what was going on! The next day I was so irritated by my lashes I went back and asked to have them cut back. This clearly irritated the same young girl behind the counter and said they could but it would look bad. I stated I was confused why they were so long and weird looking anyway. She honestly could not care less and said 'you must be new to lash extensions' - I am not. Fast forward a week and they started falling out in clumps but left one clump of lashes attached to blobs of glue. It was horrendous. Never again.

   Had a girls day here this weekend with my sister, the place is absolutely beautiful. My sister got a mani and pedi and they did a wonderful job and had a great selection of colours to choose from (gel polish). I got SNS extensions for the first time and the woman who did my nails was fantastic, she was really kind and gave great advice - very gentle too- and I absolutely love my nails! Thank you so much for the great service x

   Would never ever return!! We are from out of town & went in with my daughter to get SNS nails, $148 (my daughter got extensions with SNS) the lady I got was nice but it’s VERY clear she is NOT experienced or trained at all!! My nails are thick and has SNS on my skin, haven’t used the drill around the cuticles at all. With 3 cuts to my fingers. Totally mess, which I’m going back to my local nail salon which is more $ after spending $148 here! After we left, showing my husband how bad the experience was, the guy that I had paid at the counter when we arrived came out after us asking how I had paid!!!! I wouldn’t ever step foot in there again! Wish we had read these reviews first….
