   Had my nails done here, and was not impressed! After 3 days they started lifting! Paid for acrylic with gel, sat down they decided sns was better, a young teenager put white tips on my hands which you could see through the sns when I said I didn’t like that the lady rolled her eyes and decided to acrylic again, adding ombré free of charge. Small children running around the place, and multiple people coming to do different steps on the nails! Was a very unprofessional environment, I paid $150 for 2 sets of nails, my friends nails started to fall of 1 day after having them done and mine not long after! I also had to go home and reshape them, they were all uneven and lopsided

   If your thinking about getting your hair done from this place you may want to reconsider. Today Is 30/4/24, I got my hair done from this place and came out absolutely In disbelief. As you can see In the photos I asked for highlights, everything was going good at the start until my hair started to itch from the bleach and it got to the point where it was burning my scalp. They then continued to use foils in my hair and thought it was a good idea to put black dye over the bleached hair in sections (Obviously the dye would strip through the bleach) After waiting for my hair to set one of the ladies started washing my hair out and must've realised what she done because they were all gathering around pretty much investigating my hair trying to put all types of products In. After washing my hair for a stupid amount of time I finally get back to the chair, I was absolutely disgusted by the way my hair was done, It was literally blue and I think I was pretty clear on what I wanted. They tried to straighten it to see if the blondes would come out but it just turned into a mess, I started getting frustrated so I told them to leave my hair as it is and I wanted a refund. I paid $350 for this disaster and they had the cheek to refund me $210 back. They are nice people but the fact they couldn't get my hair the way I wanted It just proves they haven't got much experience. I got here at 11am just to leave at 4:40pm with very unsatisfying and bad looking hair. Honestly stick to the Nails because your hair service is not it.!!

   Unfortunately I did not have a good experience getting my nails done here. There were many reasons why. The finished product wasn’t the colour I had originally chose and so I had requested to get the colour made to how I wanted it to be. I could tell by the body language and response that she didn’t want to fix it. Making me feel like it is what it is and that’s what you’re getting. She ended up putting gel to try and fix it over my SNS even though I had originally asked for gel. It was very rushed and unprofessional. I’ve left with sharp, uneven and inconsistent coloured nails. On top of all of this, I am from out of town and spent hours sitting here wasting my day. If I could give a zero star rating I would. Not happy and won’t recommend.

   I was seen quickly. I just needed a tidy up. Igot a mini mani with no polish. The service was quick but efficient. My only gripe is that I was quoted $25 and ended up paying an extra $10 for some clear nail hardener that was offered. I should have known but there was no mention of extra cost for it.

   I had visited this place a few days ago thinking I would be in and out just like the very few times I had been before. The lady who did my lashes gave me immense pain as she ripped my real lashes out after she had already placed the extensions on my lashes. She had placed them wrong, used wrong lengths on both eyes, and looks nothing like the inspiration pics I showed her , she said she has to go get her boss to fix it and it didn’t seemed like she was even qualified !, my eyes were bright red when I left and were burning , the lady then proceeded to charge me full price , and gas lighted me when I told her she has ripped them out even tho my friend saw her hacking at them with the tweezers.

   Thank you for a truly delightful experience today pedicure and manicure too. Then the head massage by Janet followed by hair colour and shaped. This was the most amazing service I have ever had. Just perfect I highly recommend it. This salon is so good great staff and atmosphere. Thank you for your friendliness and good service

   I walked in with 2 of my friends and we were happy to hear they’d be able to take us all immediately. Some of the designs we got were a little inconsistent and had some wobbly lines, but we didn’t expect perfection, especially for how quickly they were able to get us started. Unfortunately, while the nails themselves weren’t too bad, my fingers had some rough treatment. When using the drill to smooth my nails, I ended up with cuts of 5 of my fingers, on one of them it feels like they took an entire layer of skin off and it’s still stinging an hour later. I did pay full price ($100) for these and didn’t even get an apology or acknowledgement of the cuts. The quality isn’t too bad, but I wouldn’t recommend if you don’t want to risk cuts all over your cuticles.

   I absolutely LOVE coming here, I feel so welcome and the service is the best I have ever experienced. I have only visited a few times once for pedicure and gel color and tonight a foot/leg massage and I have to say the massage is the best in NZ!!! Thank for always accommodating my friend and I and for making her daughter's 5th birthday treat so special See you again soon xx
