   If I could give a 0 I would. I’m ashamed and very humiliated to post this but I need to speak up. It’s been weeks but I feel the need to speak up so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I have gotta a Brazilian from the company before at the Sylvia Park branch and I’ve never had a problem. I went to Allure on the 23rd December and had the worst experience ever. The worker was brushing my inner thighs randomly - mind you , she wasn’t waxing that area at all. She was brushing her fingers all around my private area in between each wax. And I froze. I have past trauma from s/an and this felt very similar. She was very manipulative. She was trying to say that it would’ve cost $100 but smirking at me while saying it. I told her every time I’ve been to Sylvia it’s been $60-$80. NEVER $100. When she finished she touched my private part inappropriately and laughed and walked out. I wish I said something. I’m genuinely terrified to ever go back there. My husband could sense my anxiety and I told him I never want to go back to that mall ever again. She had grey hair and glasses. Please never go there. Don’t let your daughters go there. I’m so humiliated. I am usually very confident to speak up for myself but I froze and I had to shower three times that one night just to get the yuck feeling I had off. The worker is lucky I waited till we got home to tell my husband. Disgusted

   The absolute best facial in Botany! Professional, relaxing, and results-driven. I just had the most incredible experience at Allure in Botany, and I cannot recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt so genuinely welcome and relaxed. My therapist was exceptionally friendly and professional. She really took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session.The products used during the facial were fantastic. Not only did they smell divine, but they felt luxurious on the skin. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary eyebrow threading and the head massage! The neck and facial massage included with the treatment was out of this world. I left feeling completely de-stressed and pampered. My skin feels incredibly soft and rejuvenated. Thank you!

   I have been coming to Allure for about 2 years and I didnt really mind when I did a full face wax and threading and one of my eyebrows was smaller or not. But now I have an issue this is my 2nd time getting hurt and I am utterly horrified. My birthday is in a few days and now I have this ugly bruise on my cheek. I am noticeably hairy but this is just not on. Not only was my face bruised I was adviced to bleach it would make my skin better!!! Bleaching isnt meant for all skin types and isnt smt u should just recommend. Fair to say I won't recommend them again to any friends or family. Now i just need to hope it doesnt scar!!! Not to mention my face was injured and the lady put product on it when I was hurt which added to a horrible burning sensation and she ended up wetting a wetwipe and removing the product from my face!!! Very unprofessional and taking their customers for granted! EDIT! granted i went back the next day to let them know what had happened they reimbursed me with a full face gift voucher and redid the areas they had missed. I was requested to take down my post but I feel for the benefit of staff and the customers my post will remain. First off staff should be checking the wax at all times before applying it to their customers face, and this review will also serve hopefully as a way to maintain routine procedures of staff to ensure things like this doesnt happen again. Secondly, I wont change my review as you can not change the fact that my face was burned and I did in fact have a nasty scab on my face for my birthday (I dont use makeup and I have sensitive skin). Thirdly for ur remaining customers this will help ensuring they double check procedures so they dont have a similar experience to mine. Good day.

   I recently visited Allure with my mum as she wanted to get her eyebrows done. As a customer myself, I usually get my own done when I'm here, but this time I wasn't planning to as I'm a student on a budget. As I was waiting the staff were so lovely and complimented my brows, playfully encouraging me to get them cleaned up. I joked that I couldn't afford it, and to my surprise, they kindly offered to do it for free. She did a wonderful job, and even though I insisted on paying, she refused and said it was for being a loyal customer. It's gestures like these that truly make a difference and can turn an ordinary day into a great one. Thank you so much!

   I always get a warm welcome from the team as most of the staff know how i like my eyebrows done to how my partner likes his done every time i get a facial done i always get it with yogida as i like the honestly truthful and she gives me the honest truth not only dose she make me comfortable but also my partner as now we come here to get our eyebrows and facial together ❤️❤️

   getting extensions should not burn my eyes out. went back because it was wonky and had glue in my eye and they made me pay an extra $10. they were so uneven both eyes looked different and she made my brows so dark, over lined and boxy. lash lift didn’t work at all. lady was rude and insulting to my natural eyebrows. way overpriced. go to kess instead, $20 cheaper, better turnout and way better costumer service.
