   Hi all Just want to share our bad experience with alex salon. They also called it an academy. We went there to learn hair and beauty course but nothing we got in return. Rohit there lead hair dresser is good enough to talk and convince you to pull out your money but not a good teacher. So I request everyone instead of wasting money here better to go to official hair dressering course in government approved academy.

   I visited the Takanini branch on the 26th of September to get my hair coloured, but unfortunately, the colour didn’t turn out as discussed — it looked the same as when I walked in. I had to leave urgently due to an emergency, so I didn’t collect my receipt. Later, I received a parking ticket for being parked over an hour in front of the shop, and I needed the receipt as proof of my appointment. I called the contact number provided, but the customer service was very poor. The staff/owner member told me the Takanini branch was closed and that I’d just have to pay the fine. When I tried to explain the situation, she became defensive and raised her voice. I understand it was my responsibility to get a receipt at the time, but I expected better communication and professionalism when reaching out afterward. I’ll be paying the fine myself, but I wanted to share my experience so others are aware. Definitely going to take this further.

   Thank you for the excellent service you provided today. I had never highlighted my hair before and was quite nervous about it, but Rohit gave me the confidence to go ahead. He is not only highly skilled but also a genuinely kind person who knows how to make his customers feel comfortable and satisfied. My hair was done so beautifully from the highlights to the layered cut and the protein treatment. I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail.God bless you and your family.    extremely poor customer service. I got Nanoplastia hair treatment from there , it was really a bad experience with the staff and with my hairs . excessive hair fail in bunches after treatment and there is not a 1% difference in my hairs before and after. i'm attaching my photo also. please don't go there. i asked for refund , no answer and i called and message the owner of the salon now she not picking my call and even she not replied my messages . really really disappointed.

   After confirming my appointment more than once I arrived on time and nobody was at the Salon. After eventually getting hold of Anjali I was told to then go to a different salon, no apology just a comment that "sometimes we forget to tell our clients". I had booked for a special on the protein hair treatment. When I was eventually seated one of the hairdressers came back with colour for my hair - not a service I had booked or asked for. Eventually the protein treatment was put on my hair, I was told 10 min and then it would be washed off. I eventually had to ask for help as I had been at the basin so long that my neck was sore. When it came time to pay Anjali had an argument with me re price as she tried to charge me more, despite the confirmation of the price via message and verbally. I will not go to this Salon every again and won't recommend to anyone, very sad how I was treated.

   Highly recommend friendly and welcoming staff i went in for a chunky type of blonde highlights i showed the picture of what i would like done and i was impressed it was so on point it looked like the pic so very professional and understsnding in my needs. I love it i will definitely go back!!

   I went for root touch up and ended up getting brush keratin treatment. I got my hair done yesterday from Alex salon and absolutely love the new looking on my new hair. Alex definitely worked her magic on my hair with such amazing result that it was better than what I had imagined. I highly recommend Alex Salon as their service goes above and beyond. The salon had such a warm welcoming atmosphere I will definitely be coming back and referring others to this amazing place.
