   Absolutely amazing service, they were so kind and the woman who did my nails Hannah is so talented with her nail designs. It looks exactly the same as the reference photo. I got gel on top of natural nails and it looks amazing. A couple of days later one of the gems fell and some of the polish slightly came of due to me being a bit rough with my nails. They have held up really well though and I can’t wait to get my nails done again!

   I have booked another appointment at Sen today for my nails to experience an amazing treat before heading away for the weekend. I've been a regular customer for several years and have always found the staff friendly, polite and courteous. Never be in a rush when you are having a treatment as it is meant to be one of lifes little pleasures, sit back and enjoy. Thank you to Hannah and her wonderful staff.

   I unfortunately cannot recommend Sen . I requested a buff and simple nail polish (not gels). They were able to fit me in and I liked the colour. I was told my nails were dry and could leave (was sat next to a fan heater to dry them). However as soon as I left the polish (which was still wet and had not set) smudged and was ruined. I took the test off with nail polish remover at home. A complete waste of $25 and would not go again unless given a refund. Please do better Sen.

   I had an acrylic nails with gel polish . Not even a week and the whole nails falling off one by one . I have done acrylic nails several times in the past at different salons never had such an experience

   A friend bought me a pedicure voucher for a baby shower present. My doctor advised me not to go before I had baby and for 3 months after in case of infection. After trying to book online and sending booking requests and calling them, I finally got through and got an appointment today, when I could get a babysitter. Coming in the door, no one acknowledged a lady and I who came in together, but we guessed we should sit down in a waiting area. Ten minutes later, a staff member came over and I gave them the voucher. They told me to sit in the chair and said the voucher had expired (it was valid for 6 months, not a year) and they wouldn't honour it. I tried to explain why I couldn't come before and that I finally had a babysitter, but they weren't interested. I left in tears and the lovely lady I came with offered to pay. I won't be back.
