   I went to get a pedicure and manicure… there is a woman, and I don’t want to mention where she is from because I don’t want anyone reading my comment to get a bad impression of me… she seems bored with the job and just wants to rush to finish it, knowing that the cleaning was bad and she took a very short time doing the pedicure. It’s not my fault if someone else has an appointment. If you accept to do someone’s nails, you should treat all clients the same way. I felt at that moment that I was treated differently from the person after me (which is not okay)… you could have informed me in advance so I would know when my turn actually is. We pay money to feel relaxed and to change our mood as well, not just for a quick clean and cutting nails. If it’s like this, then it’s better to do it at home and boycott salons altogether.

   I went here because the nail salon on the opposite side was busy. I got a pedicure and it was such a terrible experience. It was expensive so I thought theyd do a good job. The lady didnt even put a base coat on the nails, she didnt massage my legs with any lotion and im sure thats what I paid for. The customer service in there is terrible as well. The ladies have no customer service skills, they just sit around and talk and get in other customers' space while they are getting work done. I would never go back there at all.

   The new Indian lady messed up my eyebrows so bad, I only asked for a cleanup and one is thinner than the other and a totally different shape, she also cut too much off. I usually get them done here and it is pretty decent but after today I will never be coming back.

   I’ve been going to this beauty parlour since I was 16yr. I’m now 25. This place has always been amazing with my eye brow threading, I would drive from Hamilton every 3 weeks to get my brows done, then I moved further and even then I was still coming to this place. However, after today I will not be returning. Please, if you’re wanting any threading done, please do not see the lady with really long hair, past her waist. I told her what I wanted and when I got up, my right eye brow was thicker than my left, they were also uneven and crooked!! And then in my left eye brow she took way to much at the end middle which left a massive GAP! I asked her nicely if she could take a bit more off on the left since it was messed up she said no. I paid my $9 and was left crying in my car and unhappy I went to Kess beauty parlour in dress mart. The lady I saw pointed out everything that was wrong with my eye brows. The lady was kind enough to only charge me $5 instead of their normal $10 charge. The beauticians and customer service at beauty express has gone down super LOW over the years and all the best people have left. I would never return.

   Booked an appointment over the phone, the nice lady said to come through at 9:30 and we arrived on time and no one was at the front so we waited an hour to do our lashes. I did some facial threading and waxing which I rate, it was a solid 4. The issue was, the lashes. My sister and I came to do them, I understand now why they’re so cheap. They were crusty and hard. The glue stung the eyes so bad, she literally took 20 mins to do mine and 10-15 to do my sister. They didn’t last long. The glue didn’t set well, the lashes fell off within hours of having them on. The pad she used for the bottom of my eye was so uncomfortable, I told her it hurt my eye and she moved it and it still hurt. I’ve done my lashes at many home bases and the service compared to the home bases do not compare. The lady was in a rush and the fan to dry the lashes stopped working? So she handed me a pamphlet to fan the lashes. My sisters eyes were blood shot red (which never ever happens doing our lashes), and we both REGULARLY do our eye lashes and wanted to try this place out since they were cheaper and recommended by others. I understand now why, but as a professional business it’s unacceptable and I don’t recommend this place for eyelash extensions AT ALL.
