   I would put 0 stars if I could! I took my daughter and her friend in to get their lashes done here - this was a mistake! They have overcharged my daughter for a badly done job. The extensions are too close to the water line and are crooked, with gaps in between some of them, as well as clumping of some of them. Both of her eyes sting really badly and she can barely keep her eyes open. I suspect cheap tacky products were used. The person doing the lash extensions also would not listen and did not clean the bed before the next person was taken in. I will not recommend this place at all or take my daughter back.

   i would not recommend this place, although their prices r low, the materials they use are cheap and retention was not good. i got my lashes done and not even a day after my lashes started falling. when i booked, i made sure to book for anjie, but she was late and a new worker had to do my lashes done. everything went wrong after tht. overall i would not recommend, uncomfortable as it does poke your eye lid, does not even last 3 weeks or even a month. mind you i did everything correctly, i nvr let water, oil, or any liquid go near my eyes. i just dont recommend. if only i could get my $55 back smh.

   I’ve been coming here since 2018, but the quality and service have seriously declined. Two weeks after my most recent lash appointment, some lashes started falling out, which is expected. But some had up to six of my natural lashes still attached to a single extension. It was painful and clearly not applied with proper care. When I reached out, I was offered a 12pm weekday appointment with just one hour’s notice, then completely ignored after following up via Messenger and text. No apology, no refund, and no attempt to resolve the issue. I no longer feel safe returning and am extremely disappointed in how this was handled. Maybe a 1-star review will finally prompt a response to one of my multiple messages.

   Got a volume set a couple days prior. I have come here before and had good experiences everytime. But this time a new lady did my lashes, I don’t believe she is trained at all. One side of my lashes is much fuller than the other, just a couple hours after leaving, many fell out. They have also been placed too close to the base of my lashes. At the end, most of the extensions were stuck to my bottom lashes, which I understand happens but my bottom lashes were then cut with scissors. They also don’t have as much volume as last time. Not only that, but I had irritated under my eyes, because lash tape wasn’t used but instead a cheaper substitute which I believe to be painters tape. Very disappointed.

   They glue the false lashes onto multiple of your lashes instead of just one individual lash. Causes your eyelashes to fall out! It hurt when I closed my eyes because of how careless the application was EDIT TO RESPONSE: If you were trained correctly you would know that it’s never okay to be gluing fake lashes onto multiple real lashes. APPALLING THAT YOU ARE STILL DOING THIS. RUINING GIRLS EYES. How dare you be so rude and to know that the beauty industry is not regulated so you are doing this evilness to people and getting away with it. SHAME ON YOU

   Lovely ladies, chill environment & cheap lashes. Love how they’re offering fanned and individual lashes now. I’ve always got the fanned ones and they lasted me a month one time. Have been getting my lashes done here for quite sometime. Love them

   lovely girls but horrible experience, got a stye (which possibly means they don’t clean their equipment) and ended up getting conjunctivitis due to the lashes. didn’t clean my lashes at the beginning of the appointment, application took less than half an hour for a full set (huge red flag) and didn’t let the glue dry properly causing my eyes to sting very badly.

   This place absolutely ruined my natural lashes. First of all they were done in less than 20 minutes. As soon as I opened my eyes they were STINGING so bad. Every time I cleaned them or got water on them it would hurt. The lashes are cheap and crusty and feel horrible. It was by day 3 that I had to get them removed as they were causing to much irritation to my eyes. My friend told me that she uses nail glue instead of lash glue. While having them removed I lost most of my natural lashes and now I can’t get a new set until they grow back. Cheaper is never better !! Do not go here !!

   Loved the lashes at first, they are extremely cheap and they did them so fast but unfortunately i had to change to a different lash tech because my lashes were falling out in clumps because they stick the extensions to multiple natural lashes and that’s why they are done so fast. My new lash tech told me there have been rumours that this place uses nail glue instead of normal eyelash glue and when i got the lash extensions from this place taken off, there was so much damage done :( apparently they delete bad reviews so i wouldn’t be surprised if this gets deleted but if you see this then please be careful and don’t be fooled by the fast process and cheap pricing. Also a red flag to look out for is when they don’t clean your lashes before applying the extensions x lovely ladies though and they are extremely nice, but sadly they are very well known for being the worst lash techs in Christchurch
