   Had eyelash extensions done at vish beauty bar hamilton centre place today. asked for natural lashes that clearly says $75 in the their pricing and the lady charged me $90. My exact words were i dont want anything too much out there hence why i asked for natural lashes but nope went total opposite. The whole experience was horrible, i get lashes done quite often but never had problems with pain in my eyes. it was so painful, it might be the glue they use or something else not sure. but please in the future listen to what the customers ask for don't do something that cost more for the customer. i don't reccommend this place!!

   The worst experience i ever had for my eyebrows!!! The lady who did my eyebrows threaded my left eyebrow away!! Its been a week and theres still no hair grown properly !!! Rather than acknowledging the mistake and apologising she had the audacity to charge me full price and told me i had no hair already in my eyebrows! Seriously!!! U are telling me that all my life I didn’t know if had eyebrows or not !! What a pathetic service ur staff provides for the amount of money u charge!! I do not know the name but it was 8 april , 11 am , centre place mall, whoever was on duty , u should get the training on how to provide customer service first rather than just ripping people off !

   I would like my money back please. Tint was left on so I could not see the massive missing chunk of hair until I got home and washed my face. I'm left with ugly uneven brows. I contacted you by Facebook messenger and it looks like I have been blocked after you asked if I told the staff member I wasn't happy. Poor service, dirty and the staff member smelt of strong body odour. Please get back to me asap.

   Threaded my eyebrows so uneven, the lady was so rough and did them in such a rush (there werent any other customers waiting so not sure what the rush was for??!?) The bench station was also not clean. SOOOO disappointed with the service and my brows being messed up :( never going here again!! Wasted my $12 lmao.

   I was satisfied with the results of threading, brow and lash tint. The staff weren't overly friendly/didn't explain much but they were polite and professional and worked quickly. I was a walk-in (no appointment) but I didn't have to wait long. The price was very affordable. I would go again because I liked the result.

   Went for eyebrow threading at 3pm and they said to come back in hour. I got booked at 4.15pm. At 3.40pm i got a call from an unknown number "hello, are you coming?" There was no introduction and i have to ask who it is. It was this company and i told her I'll come at my booked time, she was disappointed and said "can't you make it right now?". Strike one, no respect for customer's time and poor customer service. I got there for my appointment and got my brows done. I looked in the mirror and it was so thin, uneven and my eye lids were bleeding. I asked for her to redo it and she tried to make it even three times but making it worse in the process. Making excuses why she cant make it even and it doesnt bloody makes sense, she was just incompetent. I've been getting my eyebrows done in years and this was the worse experience and result i got, very disappointed as this was also my first time trying out this place. These staff are obviously untrained and hopefully they can do better for other customers.
