I went there for the first time and I felt like they don’t treat their costumers equally. I was there first and they literally ignored me and did another girl threading. I felt discrimination towards me, so I left without doing anything.
I wasn’t asked how I would like my eye brows. I have really thick eye brows and wanted to keep them this way. I walked out yesterday with half of my eye brows gone and these skinny stick looking eyes brows. They were also both uneven sizes and different shapes
I was charged $10 more at Vish for a wax than I've ever paid anywhere else. The service wasn't bad, just expensive - a wax is a wax, hot and painful, there is no need to charge extra. I definitely won't go back.
I have been a few times for eyebrow threading. One time it felt like my eyelid was been ripped off. They did apologize. It takes less then 5mins. They don't even brush all you eyebrows off your face when finished just a very rude are you happy. Pretty rude customer experience really. No smiles, no how are you, just rudeness and short sharp instructions. I have a different experience everytime. My suggestion is look at how you are serving your customers.
I am completely appalled, I came in today to get my eyebrows threaded. When I was shown them and asked “are they okay”, I was shocked and told her, this one’s so thin compared to the other one can you please fix it and she “fixes it” and I have another look. Only to see the start of my eye-brows are uneven now and I explain that to her and she tries “fixing it” again and now to see she has made it worse. It was so upsetting to see and I tell her to leave it and I proceed to go up and pay and she tells me she’s only gonna charge me $10 today, which confirmed to me that she knew she messed up my eyebrows and they look bad. I am so disappointed. Train your staff properly.
I walked in as a tired mum, and walked out looking and feeling like a million bucks! Was such a relaxing experience. First time having brows shaped and laminated , filled in with henna, kudos to Savita who did such an amazing job! And a facial by Chandan, to give me back some of my glow!
Went to get my eyebrows waxed yesterday afternoon I told the lady to only wax the strays off and I like my eyebrows thicker how they were, my eyebrows went from being full to real thin, one eyebrow thicker than the other no shape what's so ever! She asked if I liked and I said I think ones thicker than the other to only be glared at like she didn't no what I was saying. none the less I paid because there's no fixing them now. Definitely wouldn't return and definitely do not recommend. Oh and when she was ripping off the wax she didn't press her fingers down to ease the pain! So sat in pain and when I left they flared up and went itchy and red and I still had bits of wax that I had to pick off! I am not impressed.
I went in there this arvo at 4pm to get my eyebrows threaded. The lady did them so quick less then 5 mins, when I looked in the mirror briefly they looked fine but when I looked closer when I got to me car I could see my right eyebrow is so uneven - like incredibly noticeable I was in tears I didn’t go back into the shop. How does the lady who did them then serve me for payment look at me in the face and think my eyebrows were okay? The shop was empty so I don’t understand why she did them so quickly. Don’t rush - look at the shapes of their eyebrows, look at the shapes of peoples faces! Take time. Perhaps don’t use a chair anymore and have clients lie down? My eyebrow is so bad - see photo. Train your staff correctly so this stops happening to other customers!
A place I would never recommend. If you want to get your eyes swollen please go there. I got my eyebrows done from here. The way the staff did my eyebrows made my corner eyes swollen. All thread marks around it. And if the owner reads it I would love to share that photo to you. Get your staff trained before you hurt your customers to spoil your reputation. Shame on you
