   I visited Beauty and Beyond for a facial recently. The staff member assisting me was polite and professional, but she had to step away multiple times to attend to other clients and answer calls, even bringing the phone into the room to manage both at once. While I understand she was the only person on site, this setup isn’t ideal for what’s meant to be a relaxing and hygienic experience. Since the facial hadn’t properly begun, I politely chose not to continue, and she kindly agreed that I could return another time when more staff were present, which I appreciated. This seemed more like a staffing and scheduling issue rather than an individual one. At $105 for a 50-minute facial, a calm, uninterrupted experience would be expected. The salon manager might consider scheduling facials and similar treatments, which require time in the back rooms, during periods when another staff member is available to manage the front desk. This would allow clients to fully enjoy their treatments without interruption and help the team provide the standard of service expected for the price.

   The worst threading experience I’ve had. The lady who did my eyebrows gave off vibes that she hated me straight away and quite rude out of nowhere - she seemed frustrated at me and kept instructing me with orders like ‘move’ which I’ve never really had before… even tho her thread kept breaking and I should be the frustrated one really. Left the place with messy brows and battle scars that stings.

   Got my eyebrows threaded and tinted. The lady over lined with the tint so now i have tint above my eyebrows. Horrible shape! Just don’t do it. Only leaving a review because this is the 2nd time and its still bad.

   I stopped going to this place a long ago since they left my eyebrows uneven and very thin. Sadly today all eyebrows places in westfield were closed and decided to give it a go again… big mistake. From the moment you enter, nobody is in the lobby. Finally when the lady came she had the most hostile attitute. Greeted me with a “yes, what do you want”. I wanted my eyebrows waxed - she wasn’t careful with the application at all, she was roughly applying the wax, and pulling it even more. Then she asked if I wanted them finished with thread (she did nothing to my eyebrows) I couldn’t wait to leave the place, she then put powder on my face and I couldn’t see properly the result. Once I’m back in my car I can see my eyebrows have a completely different shape. The upper area wasn’t waxed at all and now I’m on my way home to fix her “job”. Never again.

   Had my legs waxed, very nice staff and everything was great, price very reasonable too. Didn't have an appointment, just walked in and didn't even have to wait 5 minutes. Would come here again!

   I got a bikini wax here and it was awful. The girl slowly pulled off the wax in small parts so it was very painful and applied no pressure afterwards, she missed lots of spots on further inspection and I had to ask her to do the top because that was completely overlooked. She was constantly sighing and seemed like she hated her job. No communication at all and no thank you for payment or goodbye just put the money on the PayWay and walked away. It was just a bizarre service and makes me think these people have had no training whatsoever. Will not be going back
