   I have been coming to this Salon for quite a long time. Previously had Hina & Dipika. Nowadays i see Shivani. What brings me back all the time is having someone that just simply knows her clients and exactly what we are there for. Shivani provides a welcoming smile, always friendly conversation during visits and an overall professional at what she does. This is defintely an art that only certain people carry. I have never once checked as i completely trust her & what she does. Knowing her regular customers with attention to detail is always a win-win for me. Thank you so much Shivani for your genuine care for people and the amazing work you do. Wishing you and your family a safe festive season surrounded with loved ones.

   For the first time I decided to try dying my hair with highlights and I had the besttttt job done by Harsh. He did such a good job and took his time doing all the layers of my hair which made it look amazing. He also recommended a Haircare product which helped my hair after the first wash to feel healthy and soft. Thankyou so much Harsh and will definitely be coming back to get my hair redone by him again. He’s the bestttt.

   My Daughter wanted her hair trimmed. and an ombre. where her hair was coloured cherry red. The job they did was excellent. and I will attach pictures for you to see. What I was disappointed about was what I was charged. When I asked at the start, how much will it cost? The Lady told me $250 and that is a special price. While thinking that's a lot, I accepted it. When I came to pay, the bill came to $316. 90. They had charged $31.90 for the conditioner. which is OK, but there was then a cost added for $35 for straightening and curls. I didn't ask for that and I didn't understand why they had charged that, I paid it so as not to cause a fuss. My daughter said that they had curled her hair and taken pictures of her and that they would add these to their website, I don't know why they curled it. That's not what I asked them to do and I'm not sure why they then charged me $35 extra so I'm disappointed that my $250 purchase turned into three $316.90. but Being fair as I said the actual job they did. with her hair I think was beautiful.

   I went there on Tuesday 18th July around 1pm to get my eyebrows done, I go there all the time but this time I had a lady do them who I haven’t see Before. What made me angry was that my eyebrows went from bushy and thick to very very thin. The lady that did them it felt like she had no experience, she didn’t let the wax dry so when she pulled it off it was still stuck to my skin and she had to pull off little bits of wax on my face and when she started to thread she was very slow and it felt like she was only pulling out 1 hair at a time.

   In this day and age it really is so hard to find a stylist you can trust 100% and I have found just that person. I go to Hair and beauty Club for one person only - MORGAN! She knows my hair so well and is the only person who has been able to give it the cut it deserves, all others have failed so badly and I've tried more than I care to count. NO-ONE else is allowed within an inch of my hair now. The wait time to see her is worth it though, every single time. Her professionalism and knowledge in all things hair is second to none. Her sense of humour is contagious and makes the time sitting in the chair go by so quickly. Sadly too quickly, which means you have to come back again and again to see her. So, to the lovely and fabulous Morgan, I love your work and thank you from the bottom of my heart for being the best stylist for my hair and being being so fantastic.

   Kim cut my hair into a beautiful wolf cut with curtain bangs and I am so impressed. She made the experience extremely comfortable for me and explained everything really clearly. She did a wonderful job and I will definitely be back to see her again. Thank you Kim!
