I visited Sisters Manukau today to get my eyebrows done, and MJ was absolutely amazing! She really knows what she’s doing and took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. She was also incredibly polite and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I’m so happy with the results — thank you, MJ! Highly recommend her!

I had an amazing experience getting my eyebrows threaded by Kinjal ! She’s incredibly skilled, gentle, and pays close attention to detail. My brows have never looked this clean and perfectly shaped. She also made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend booking with her. You won’t be disappointed!

Got eyelash extensions done on the 10th, it was genuinely my first time there and first time getting extensions done ever. I expressed this to the technician who was doing it multiple times, before my set she stated they only do synthetic and silk but my whole eyelashes were only done with synthetic. During the time I was getting it done my eyes were obviously irritated because I kept tearing up and my lashes weren’t even washed before hand only wiped down with a dry tissue. It was cheap not too sure about timing, was only shown previously photos of other lashes done and not told about price. Looks genuinely can be deceiving because on the outside it looks grand but the quality I was given was not. They only have one book pamphlet to look through and have just wax and threading deal advertised outside their glass window. I was not given any aftercare instructions or maintenance just when the service was done I paid and that was it. Not even five hours later the middle lashes on my right eye started falling out I wasn’t doing anything just blinking and noticed them falling (the photo in the bathroom). I’m not too sure what glue they used but my eyes were so irritated. It’s hard to blink without feeling any sharp pain and had to pull out the ones that kept stabbing my eyelids (see photo attached with the pink mirror) At one point while I was trying to wash my face I couldn’t see, following were the troubles I had and tried to prevent any damage, 1) tried to not wet them 2) the pain was unbelievable when closing my eyes 3) couldn’t see due the face wash/water coming down and can’t rub or wipe it away comfortably. I highly don’t recommend them and won’t go again. Last two photos first one with eyes open was taken at 9pm on the 10th and 2nd one is 6pm on the 11th oct after taking off the ones that were poking and irritating my eyes and eyelid Update it’s been a week since getting it done and I’ve had to rebook for a removal somewhere else. I’ve had to stop myself from picking it off because of how uncomfortable it was and how the lash glue just felt like a ball on each eyelash. I’ve attached a new photo (the photo of me holding the lashes) of how they glued the extensions onto the corner of my eyelashes, it ended up constantly poking my eyes mostly I think due to a natural lash shedding. To my knowledge I know you’re not meant to put so few extensions on that amount of natural lashes it’s very damaging and honestly sore. The store has tried contacting me twice by phone but never tried email or again.

I don’t recommend going to them… I went in a couple weeks to get my eyebrows done and some of the tinting product got onto my white hoodie which was new and it completely ruined it… all she said was I’m sorry… I tried everything to get the stain off my hoodie but it just wouldn’t come off… I’m very upset about that cause I just recently bought it…

DONT recommend. I went to get lash removal today and the lady who did it almost didn’t take out the last few extensions if I didn’t tell her about it… there’s still leftover bulked-up glue residue left on my lashes and she said it will come off over the next few days… so what’s the point of a lash removal ??? SHE CHARGED ME $20 for it which was fine I just wanted to get out, now that I checked my acc they took $30??? I could’ve went somewhere better and did this fml

First I would say the place looks amazing ! I then was happy with the greeting from the worker , but my problem is that I just got my lashes done yesterday afternoon about 3pm I got the individual classics , the looked good on me but today I am starting to notice that they are falling apart , the we’re not put on properly I will not be coming back .

My mum purchased vouchers from Manukau branch for myself and my sisters as the store appeared to be visibly nice. My sister and I read through the reviews which are quite disturbing and decided not to take the risk of experiencing the same. We went in store to request a refund however this was declined even after explaining our reason. We were recommend to explore the shop instead. We tried to use the voucher in the store however they had a couple bottles of what looked like old creams. We were advised we would have more options online. We tried to order online but when it came to checkout it asked for giftcard number but there was nothing on the card. We tried to call the shop but call went unanswered all day. Based on the reviews and our experience trying use the vouchers I definitely wouldn't recommend use of this service and definitely don't purchase vouchers. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
