Was disappointed with the service at this salon. After my eyebrows were done, I was asked to move back to the waiting area while they dried instead of being allowed to remain seated until the service was fully completed. This felt disorganized and unprofessional. If a drying period is necessary, there should be a designated space for it, rather than sending clients back to the general waiting area. The experience lacked quality service and consideration for clients, and I will not be returning! Clients should leave feeling satisfied and confident, not awkward and uncomfortable.

Wasn't a pleasant experience visiting this salon , the workers are very rude & ignorant, my husband is indian & i am of a different caste , little did these ladies know i understand them, they were making comments that were judgemental & rude, also after my treatment i had rashes occurring on my face , will not be visiting again! Very bad work ethic & customer service ! Coming from a trained beauty therapist, that wanted to support a local business.

I have been coming here for a number of years. The ladies who do my brows are gentle and polite, great hygiene and know exactly what colour to dye my eyebrows. There has only been one time where they have taken way too much of my eyebrows and left me with very thin brows which takes me months and months to grow back. To resolve this they asked me to remind them to leave the brows full looking and since then I haven’t had a problem. However, every time the owner sees me she comments on how young I am and how I am too young to have so many kids. I have 3 children, one is special needs and for this reason, the child is homeschooled. I find it hard to make time for myself so I only get my eyebrows done once every 3-4 months. When I bring my children in, they are very well behaved. They sit quietly and don’t touch things or disturb others. Today I left the salon crying because again, she continued to ask me how old I was and why did I have them so young. I am 29, a teacher, and a very good loving mother. People pay me to look after and teach their own kids while they work. The owner was not the one doing my brows. The two other ladies saw me visibly upset and apologised for the owners comments. My children were not even inside the shop this time as I feel too uncomfortable to bring them inside because of the owners comments and judgements. I would like to add that this is not the first time it has happened. This is about the 4th time. I thought about leaving a review before but trusted it wouldn’t happen again. Each time she makes these comments she talks about me in her language to whoever is with her. I know this because I look up and they are all staring at me shaking their heads. I was taught that it’s not nice or appropriate to judge other people. You never know what someone else is going through. I love this service and have had good results but sadly I don’t feel comfortable to come back with the shame and embarrassment her comments caused me. My age and my children have nothing to do with my eyebrows or the service that I’m paying for. Greatly disappointed and I sadly won’t be coming back.

I sometimes feel. Nervous when I go there, depending on who does my eye brows, there is one lady, no of fence but she does take a really long time when she does my brows and I feel like not so confident and I feel Like she is not so confident either. But other ladies are good

Jigar and the owner lady is very good at their work. But the trainees are very rude and they are experimenting on us. The new girl did my eyebrows and ended up in ruining the shape of my eyebrows, when I asked her to rectify it she tried to convince me saying that the eyebrows looks perfect to her. Talking in their language and cracking jokes is really annoying. I really felt like not arguing with her.

Would've rated 5 stars until new-girl started. She needs more training & the previous review was the experience of myself & others recently. We love this place for great prices but the tall beautician (new) is the reason we may not return. The wax is way too hot when she applies & she's a little rougher (could be nerves). Anyway, the results have no longevity (Eyebrows). Happened at least 3 times sadly.

I’ve been there at least 5 times. Last time they caught my eyelid with the threading and they left a mark that I still have. I waited about a month to go back. I went to wax on Tuesday and my upper lip is completely burnt and left me scars. Horrible experience. Also I still have most of the hair as they did not wax properly….

  2. Tracey Hopa ★★★★★

Amazing service, very professional, highly skilled and experienced, and caring. Azi helps and assists with after care, it is not just a service for money where you are in and out. They work on you providing the best service you would get hands down, than anywhere else.
