I have had these nails for 2 weeks and they have nearly all come off. During the nail appointment my finger was burnt under the lamp. Extremely disappointing and wonβt ever return!!
Had the best experience here, walked in and Alice did the most amazing nail art with no issue at all. So impressive!
I'm quite disappointed with my recent experience at Davinci Despite booking an appointment due to my tight schedule, I ended up waiting 40 minutes to be seen. Unfortunately, the final result didn't meet my expectations. I had shown them a photo of what I wanted, but the outcome was far from what I had envisioned. I also wasn't consulted on the nail shape, which turned out to be not what I wanted. Additionally, some nails were filed too short on the sides. Given the issues, I feel like I didn't get value for my money.
Thanks so much two of us with no appointment made prior it's mid afternoon Friday they made us welcome & fitted us in one by one. They showed such care + kindness as I've a few aches & pains relaxing massage & hot stones my pedicure was fabulous thanks team Davinci you are the best.
Walked in to get my Gels removed, great that they managed to see me even though i didnβt give a booking. However, left with hardly any nail left after it being filed down so much, very painful :(

I was able to get a walk-in appointment for a pedicure straight away on a Saturday. Very thorough pedicure and happy with the polish. Clean and tidy environment and didnβt smell too much like nail chemicals. The junior pedicure chair looks very cute. The only thing I wish is that the technician had turned on the massage chair. I didnβt think about it until my nails were already drying.
Tried my luck with a walk in appointment to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted. Did not have to wait long and the salon is lovely and spacious. The woman who I dealt with was lovely, welcoming and professional. She did a great job on my brows and the prices are very fair! I will definitely be going back and trying some of their other services.
Out of all staff there are only 2 can speak English. It was hard to communicate. I was not sure what I was going to get until I spoke to someone that can understand what Iβm asking for. Paying in advance locks you up in case if you need/decide to leave while waiting. Not overly happy with my nails. I have been asked for what length I would like for my acrylic nails. Outcome is same length for all fingers not proportionate with each other finger nail. My fingers looks funny. I asked round nails and they are not symmetrical for most fingers. My cuticle and nails were not tidied up properly. I can see my nails when I turn my hand on few fingers. Quite a lot of interruptions. I didnβt get the pleasure of the service and the result.
