   Been a while since I’d done my eyebrows so they definitely needed some TLC. But my eyelids were stinging far more than usual once I got home and realised later that they’d been cut in several places on both eyes. Starting to come right now, 4 days later, but I’ve never experienced this before

   I’ve always come to this place at least once a month to thread my eyebrow. This time I went and was served by an elder lady (I’ve never served by here before). I’ve always paid for $15 bucks every time I visited and this time the lady charged me $20. I questioned why and she insisted that my eyebrows were overgrown and needed to charge extra. The service was overall ok but I think their staffs haven’t been consistent in terms of charging and it just feels super dodgy to me. I would try to avoid visiting this place next time if I could.

   Went in asking for a brow and upper lip wax a few days ago. Horrible job done. My right eyebrow is so much thinner than my left, I still have a lot of hair on my eyebrows and monobrow left. For my upper lip she did a good job except for my fact I have now many pimples and blemishes around my lips. Very painful aswell. On the middle part of my eyebrow I had pimples aswell. She left wax all over my face. Would not recommend.

   Hi team, I visited the store on Sunday, 23rd of April for just shaping my eyebrows sometime after 4:30pm. There were no other customers so it was quite easy to start straightaway. However, it took ages to get my eyebrows done and at the end my left eyebrow has got a completely different shape and it was quite hard to fix but then so my baby was getting cranky so I just said that's fine. I paid by cash and on asking for the receipt. the lady said for cash there is no receipt and that’s only for eftpos/other transactions which was like the extreme.    Never again will i go to this place. The lady who did me was plain rude from the start. I got face thread and eyebrow thread with tint - the eye brow tint was off and not even at all, came totally off within 24hours + eye brows were shaped totally different to each other. Facial thread - so many spots were missed on my face and i noticed when i got home and looked in the mirror. I had to go to another person to fix up the work she didnt do properly. I really would not recommend this place or the lady there had a issue with me and just purposely didnt do mine properly. Either way dont go here!!!!
