“Redeemed the grab one voucher for cambelt replacement recently. After reading voucher and contacting workshop I was informed that my car being a European make that there will be an extra charge. I found the service to be quick reliable and efficient. Car was dropped off that morning and picked up that night with no issues. Martin even informed me of a problem that I could solve myself at home with an hours labour which saved me money. Highly recommend this workshop, service is great and price is very reasonable. I have read previous comments and I’m not sure about their experiences with the business but mine was hassle free and will definitely be returning”

“I have been reading some bad recent reviews and I would say that those have been some unfortunated isolated incidents. I have been taking my cars to Solomon during the last four years, finding an honest and great service after experienced some disappointed situations with other garages in Hamilton. Probably he's not the fastest but i prefer honestly and quality when dealing with mechanics services. Highly recommended if you are not in a rush.”

Very detailed and safety oriented; from spraying to the contacts to ensuring that all electrical components were protected and working after the replacement, all done professionally. “This place is the gold standard of workshops! Accompanied someone when they dropped a vehicle in for a proceedure early in the morning. We had a 5 hour wait while they worked, and as it was only 7.30 am, we were invited for coffee (amazing coffee)! There's bowls of fruit and newspapers too. We spent a pleasant hour browsing the new cars, drinking coffee, doing the crossword, tasting Moon Cake, and chatting to the friendly team as they went about their morning. We went for a browse about the area, finding a lovely park and some interesting shops. The vehicle was ready on time and they phoned us to let us know. Easy! Thanks very much!”

“must sing the praises of the receptionist (woman, wearing a mask, maybe 25-35, possibly asian) - she was knowledgeable and thorough, explained costs to me and answered my questions brilliantly, with kindness. overheard her treat other customers this way, too. i really appreciated her service, as a young woman often out of my depth in vehicle matters. AA Manukau saw my car for a quote with short notice, communicated the issue to me and asked my repair preference prior to actioning. can’t fault it.”
