   I had an issue with my WOF as the VIN number was faulty. I could not get it fixed because the new plate was unavailable and did exceed my time of 1 month. Conna and his team did a fantastic job to get it fixed and went above and beyond. Really appreciate the help.

   I was putting gas in my car at mobil, when suddenly my car wouldnt start. I had to push my car to the side of the building. I was on my way to work so I had to call my boss. Decided to walk over to the AA next to the mobil and ask them for help. They don’t usually do inspections outside of their building but one guy in particular decided to help me out and walk me to my car. He tapped on my starter motor and the car started up again, drove it to the AA and asked them how much it would cost to fix my car. They quoted me approx $600 to fix, I didnt have enough money and told them this but they reassured me that they will fix my car and try and make it as cheap as possible. They were so friendly and accommodating. I caught a uber to work and not long after I got the call that they had fixed my car. After I finished work and went to pick up my car, I met another fella who was just as nice as the previous guy I met that morning. He told me everything about my car and what they fixed and they even gave me a good discount, making it cheaper for me to pay. I have never been to AA before and it was my first time dealing with something like this, however the team in Panmure took a huge load off my chest and reassured me everything would be okay, making my day so much easier and better. Yous have now earned yourself a regular customer and I will be coming back in the future for anything involving my car. Much appreciated!!

   the manager went above and beyond for me. I needed a specific battery that they didn’t have in stock and he drove across Auckland and within the same hour he had the battery and changed it for me. Amazing service thank you so much

   Great service always efficient this Is my local mechanic. I have been coming here since my son was 2 years old he is now 16 years old . I have never regretted making that decision bringing my cars here . I have been to many mechanics before them . But they are always helpful . I have seen so many people come and go over the years moved to different areas but the same establishment . They are my go to when I need advise on vehicle's for anything . I highly recommend anyone to come here they are pricey but the work is 100% guaranteed never ever have problems .

   I have been servicing both my cars and had no issues with my regular service at this center. But my recent mechanical repair experience has been really bad and I would think twice about bringing my car back to this center. Car had a scrape on the rear bumper and we missed noticing it until we brought it home. Next morning took it back and the branch manager refused to acknowledge it. Response to AA - Thanks for your response. Branch manager didn’t offer any solution. In fact he requested not to mention AA service center during Insurance claim to avoid unnecessary complications. Currently the vehicle has been sent to AA Insurance claim for which excess of $500 will be paid by me. This is after $1500 service invoice. Waste of time, energy and money for us.

   Walked in this AA centre for a WOF not realizing I needed to book ahead. The receptionist, Rhiannon, was awesome and graciously managed to squeeze me in to get seen a few hours later. When I went back the work was done within about 30 minutes while I waited. Happy to recommend them to anyone needing excellent car care :)
