    Warwick gave outstanding service. He went above and beyond to help our daughter out and fix her car working very late at night too to get it done. He was very reassuring for us, we live in gisborne and he made contact and talked us through the options. Even trusted us with payment. We are so grateful and impressed with the outstanding service.

    Do not go there. Either he is ripping people off or doesn't know what he is doing. Got our car fixed with him, he said everything is fine now. A day later our car completely broke down. Other mechanics then told us that it was way too expensive for what he apparently replaced and the problem was not even fixed so we just lost a lot of money.

    Took car in for a wof and left overnight. Inspection was done, but received zero of the work required to pass. Had to come back the following week and once again nothing was done to the car despite being left overnight and having been told that it would be good to go the following day. Paid around 200 only to have my time wasted and not a single thing done to the car. Ended up having to go to a different mechanic, where everything was done promptly and for half the price I would’ve been charged here.

    They do not understand english was told to leave my veichle for over half a day for them to do a five minuet job and they was going to charge one or more hour labour they refused to look whilst I was there I never seen a adault act so childish and stuped around a friendly dog and refuse service or even too look at the veichel I not recomend this place as they do not understand english and charge one or more hour labour for a five minuet job I do not have tools other wise I would have done it myself the giy say he no understand english he has to wait for his boss but he demanded my van keys and leave my van for over half a day how rediculas kind of disgriminating really I do not recomend this place they are rude and act stupid over a dog friendly dog my dog is willing to let the rip off people into veichle so they can rip me off by over charge and with hold veichles stay away unless ya happy to be disgriminated and rip off

    The owner was really friendly and explain things really clearly. He took care of my car in the last minute after failing my WOF just before Easter weekend. I had to leave town so he worked overnight to fix as much things as possible and then made a note with the things to finish for the next mechanic.

    If I never came back here again it would be too soon. When I close my eyes I have flashbacks of being overcharged and underinformed on what was happening to my car. If I had a $5 note sticking out of my wallet I reckon Warrick would've asked me for it as well for good measure. The employees here will act like your friends but they will be Judas in your time of need. I beg all readers to never go here.
