   My partner and I went in yesterday and today, and both times there was only one staff member on the counter and 3+ staff members in the parts section - which would have been fine if the man at the counter had at least acknowledged us and let us know we would have to wait. We stood there in line for 10+ minutes with no acknowledgment whatsoever. Very frustrating. I’ve worked in retail for over 6 years and I know first hand that the customer service was poor by any standard.

   Generally great service normally, but today not so much. Stopped in early this morning to get help with new wiper blades. 3 staff were chatting behind the counter (2x ladies & 1 guy), I go up say good morning they all stopped and turn to stare at me. The guy just raised his eyebrows at me and proceeded to act like my request for help was just a total inconvenience. Helped me with replacing the wipers, but overall was a very uncomfortable experience.

   Went for buying a belt, been told has to be order in. When it arrived, charged the delivery fee. You could just told me you don’t have it, I can go to somewhere else, or inform me you order that for me and will charge me for delivery. I can order it myself online and ask them to deliver to home so I don’t need to go to your store, waste my time and gas then pay the delivery fee.
