Arranged a windscreen replacement through insurance company but found the Smith and Smith booking system difficult. Wanted to speak to the branch but calls go through an AI run system. Sorry but if Smith and Smith can't be bothered talking to customers then that's a no from me. Im sure the local staff are fantastic but I couldn't connect with them directly. Went elsewhere and had my questions answered by a human.
Perfect service at S&S Dunedin. The guy ( sorry i forgot to get your name)repaired a chip within time line stated. Explained the process with kindness and cleaned the glass and side mirrors and vacuumed the interior. Now thats customer service. Thanks and appreciated.
Fantastic team! Chip in the windscreen fixed in 45 mins, vacuumed the footwells, and gave the windscreen a great clean! Bonus of having the insurance claim and admin handled by the Smith & Smith team too. Appreciate your mahi and customer care, thank you!
Windscreen replacement, Smith and Smith were awesome, right from checking the existing windscreen, booking it in, and it was replaced within an hour of my dropping the car off! The bonus was getting the car back with clean windows, and it had been vacuumed!! Thanks guys! Super happy with your work!
I went to get a chip on my window screen . they could not fix it and man said he would order a new screen it was here in a week .The staff were friendly and very helpful . Thank you very much smith&smith Dunedin

I don't usually leave bad reviews but I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service received. My appointments with them have been rescheduled several times. The manager (Jason?) was rude and unaccommodating. I will not be using this company ever again and do not recommend.

Very disappointed in the staff that replaced my windshield. They broke the speakers off my driver's door and instead of just moving the microphone for the stereo they just cut it and tucked the wires away once the install was finished. They attempted to fix the door speakers but never said anything about the other damages. That kind of behavior is unacceptable and quite frankly disgusting. I will never go back
