I received the car service is good. But I am really unhappy about the loan car I have received. I don't recommend it if you are using a good car and expecting a loan car from them. If it's only service, my car is in good shape when I receive it. I noticed a small gap in the panel, which may be that they forgot to press the little locks or damaged them while reinserting. I understand it does not need to be with great specs, but it's basic to expect clean. They have vacuumed well, but you can't keep the water bottle/keys or any other things in the car. Those places are horribly dirty, and I'm not sure when they were wiped last time. There is so much hair between the seats and under. I have to wipe a bit before I use it. It would be helpful if they replaced the batteries for the keys as well. Always need to unlock manually. It's a pain if I have to do it 10 times a day in my line of work. I want to give 1 star when I am using that loan car. But with the good work, I want to give a little more stars.

I had a disappointing experience at Gary A Smith 1984 Ltd's autobody. After a rear-end collision, I entrusted them to fix my car. They repainted my car’s rear bumper, but the colour mismatch with adjacent panels was so noticeable that it was visible under all lighting conditions and angles, even to an untrained eye from a distance. Furthermore, the front left side of my car was damaged while in their care.
They did not even make an apology, and I had to take this issue to the Disputes Tribunal. To cover their wrongdoings, divert attention from their malpractice and negligence, and sway the judge’s perception and courts’ decision, they breached privacy protocols by collecting, using and disclosing my engagement with a previous repairer. In response to my complaint, they submitted a 15-page document to the tribunal. Over 40% of the document pertained to a third party, another auto body shop, which was irrelevant to this case. During the hearing, representatives from Gary A Smith even mocked my English proficiency, which is not my first language.
The misleading promises on their website about the quality of their service are miles away from what I experienced. I would have never chosen their workshop if I had known of their lack of skill, carelessness, and ethical shortcomings.
