   Very impressed with the service and the final result. Contractor turned up exactly on time and worked in a very professional and efficient manner keeping me informed as the job progressed plus regularly involving me in any necessary decision making. Overall a 5 star experience. My only niggle is that I was unable to contact the company at any time via phone, there were a couple of questions I had that would have been easily answered via a quick a phone call. Highly recommended

   I had high hopes because the reviews looked so good! Paid for a deep clean of the bathroom and kitchen. After the cleaner left I wiped some of the surfaces in the kitchen myself and it was still dirty so I ended up doing another clean after they left. Paid a good amount of money for something I probably should have just done myself unfortunately

   Overall pretty happy with the clean. Arrived early and did a thorough job of the kitchen and bedroom especially. Reasonable job of the bathroom, still a lot of water marks on the glass in the shower but the rest was good. Vacuuming missed from hallway and stairs which should have been included- didn't notice this till after they left as working from home. Overall pretty happy, good value for money and saved me a lot of time. Will definitely look at getting this done more regularly as a "spring clean" every 6 months or so. Would recommend.

   From the answering of the phone and follow through from Marlon and the fabulous service from Deonn's crew. Amazingly great service and quick and quality response from all. As for Deonn and his crew, They did an awesome job. 3 people who just motored about the house cleaning and assisting one another and actually having a great time. I laughed and was quite impressed with what they did accomplish.

   Good job overall. Some things we would expect to be included like cleaning splashback in the kitchen and beds made (not changed) but we would be more specific if we use this service again. Over all, reasonably satisfied.

   Great app for ease of booking. Still a few bugs to iron out, Eg I chose a gutter clean add-on to my house wash but it was unable to be completed due to them being too clogged up. Needs another question re current state perhaps, so they know whether needs a specialist? The house wash required a repeat visit but they dealt with this swiftly and professionally; the contractor came back, explained why it had happened and got it resolved without any fuss. Be great to see Spider treatment added. The same contractor offers this service but it wasn’t accessible through the app.

   Got a clean done on our small 2 bed house in less than 2hrs for $100, for a really terrible job. Unsure what the cleaner did in that time to be honest. Complained and got an automated response but never a response from a real person. Tried numerous times to follow up. Would NOT recommend Nexdo at all. We currently get our whole house cleaned spotlessly in 1.5hr from a honest hardworking person for $45. Avoid like the plague.

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible clean and service. We paid $600 for an intense clean, and I struggled to see what they actually cleaned. 90% of what they listed in the intense clean was not completed, even basic surfaces like the kitchen bench were not wiped down. We got in contact with customer service and were really disappointed that we didn't get compensation. It's immoral to take this much money from a consumer and not complete what was promised. Looking at the other reviews on Nexdo, it seems that most people have had a similar experience. Don't use this company, you will regret it.
